• Crab & Prawn Marie-Rose Cocktail in a lettuce cup & rustic bread
• Ham Hock Terrine with home-made onion chutney & oats biscuits
• Vegetarian Spinach Gyoza, (V) with avocado superfood salad
Fish Course
• Garlic King Prawn with rustic bread
• Sweet Potato, Carrot & Cumin Soup (V), served with rustic bread
Main Course
• Roast Local Free-Range Turkey with sage and chestnuts stuffing, roast potatoes, honey roast root vegetables, buttered sprouts, braised red cabbage with raisins, orange liqueur, and cranberry compote
• Tender Venison with spring onion and ginger served with stir-fried vegetables & rice or potatoes
• Christmas Nut Roast with honey-roasted root vegetables. (V)
