Tuesday
 Shanghai cuisine, star aniseed, duck stew with spring onion, mashed potatoes or rice, and stir-fried seasonal vegetables
 Stir-fried pulled chicken breast with spring onion, ginger, and chicken jus, with spring onion rice and stir-fried seasonal vegetables

Wednesday
 Mediterranean country style beef, vegetables, and mixed olive stew served with grilled ciabatta

Braised local OX tails with red wine and star aniseed & rosemary, served with mashed potatoes & stir-fried vegetables

Thursday

 Shanghai cuisine authentic sweet and sour pork using traditional ingredients such as balsamic vinegar, ale, five spices, and honey. It comes with rice and stir-fried seasonal vegetables.

Friday
 Diana’s beef and vegetable ragu with spring onion & pasta and parmesan cheese

Saturday
 Veal meatball served in spring onion mashed potatoes with Chinese cabbage shiitake mushrooms

Tender venison with spring onion & ginger served with seasonal vegetables and rice

Sunday
 Shanghai-style five spices roast duck finished with orange marmalade, served with Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes, and salad or roast veg.
