Here at Balcary Bay Hotel we aim to make your dining experience truly memorable , with dishes created using the freshest of ingredients and locally sourced produce wherever possible such as Galloway beef & Stewartry lamb (to name a few). STIR FRY OF VEGETABLES

A selection of Scottish  cheeses with Balcary Bay chutney, grapes and biscuits from the following;

Creamy Howgate Brie – white mould refined cheese, soft buttery centre

Strathdon Blue – creamy, rich, subtle veining

Isle of Mull Cheddar -creamy close textured mature cheese

Bouche De Chevre – rich pasteurised  goats cheese with a fresh delicate flavour

Gigha Old Smoky – white crumble mature cheddar with a smokey flavour

Freshly ground coffee and hand made petit fours

We have an extensive wine list with a wide choice of 100 wines and champagnes from the New World, Chilean, Lebanese, American and not forgetting French, German and Spanish wines
