Pressed terrine of chicken & herbs served with fig chutney & pepper oil

Galloway beef fillet simply served with Pont Neuf potatoes, wild mushrooms & tarragon sauce
Puff pastry tart of roasted peppers & pesto topped with Parmesan cheese & a walnut & pine kernel salad

Mull of Kintyre – extra mature Scottish cheddar made from cows milk and produced in Campbeltown
Dunsyre Blue- blue veined hard cheese made from cow’s milk in Lanarkshire
Clava – soft organic brie made from cow’s milk in Milton of Connage/Inverness
Black Crowdie/Gruth Dhu – creamy cows milk rolled in pinhead oatmeal and black pepper made in Tain
Inverloch – hard mature goats cheese from the Mull of Kintyre
Freshly ground coffee and hand made petit fours
